Click the "Add to Discord" button anywhere on this page. You will be redirected to Discord's authorization page where you select your server and grant the necessary permissions. The bot will be added instantly and you can start configuring it from the web dashboard.

Yes. The free plan includes everything a small server needs for basic ticketing: unlimited ticket creation, 1 ticket panel, 3 categories, 50 active tickets, text transcripts, and TicketerBot branding. New servers also get a 14-day trial of the paid server features with no credit card required.
What happens to my tickets if I downgrade my plan?
Your existing tickets and transcripts are never deleted. If you downgrade, you will lose access to premium features like analytics, canned responses, exports, and webhooks, but all your data remains intact. You can upgrade again at any time to regain access.
Can I customize the look of ticket panels and forms?
Absolutely. Every ticket panel is fully customizable from the dashboard.
