Documentation
Everything you need to set up and use TicketerBot.
1Getting Started
Add the bot to your server
Click the “Add to Discord” button on our homepage or from your dashboard. You'll need “Manage Server” permission in the server you want to add it to. The bot requires permissions to manage channels, roles, and messages.
Create your first panel
Go to your server in the dashboard → Panels → Create Panel. Give it a title and description, add categories (e.g. “General Support”, “Billing”), and customize the embed colors and buttons.
Deploy it
In the panel editor, go to the Deploy tab, select a channel, and click Deploy. Your members will see the panel embed with buttons they can click to open tickets. You can also choose where ticket channels are created (same category or a custom one).
2Commands Reference
Members can always use /help. Staff and admin commands are protected by Discord permissions and the roles configured in TicketerBot.

|---|---|
/help | Show setup help, command access, plan limits, and support links |
/close | Close the current ticket with an optional reason |

3Dashboard Guide
Inbox
The Inbox gives you a unified view of all open tickets. Click a ticket to see the conversation, reply directly from the browser, add staff, or close the ticket. Messages sync in real time — no refresh needed. Available on Pro, Business, and Organisation plans.
Tickets
The Tickets page shows all tickets for your server with filters for status, priority, and category. Click any ticket to view its full transcript and metadata.
Analytics
Track ticket volume, average response times, resolution rates, and staff performance. See trends over 7, 14, or 30 days. Available on Pro, Business, and Organisation plans.
Canned Responses
Create saved reply templates that staff can use from Discord with /snippet or from the dashboard inbox. Great for common questions.
4Server Operations
Onboarding and health checks
Every server can use the onboarding page and server health dashboard to configure welcome messages, check missing permissions, review slash-command setup, and see whether the server is ready to launch.
Rules, auto roles, command blocks, and logs
Pro, Business, and Organisation plans unlock rules acknowledgement, automatic starter roles, custom command blocks such as /faq and /support, moderation lite, and server logs for joins, leaves, message changes, role changes, and moderation actions.
Advanced operations
Business and Organisation plans add advanced moderation rules and multi-panel automation so larger communities can manage support, safety, and repeated server setup from one dashboard.
