1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TicketerBot (the "Service"), including the Discord bot, web dashboard, and any related services operated by Evolve Orbit FZC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TicketerBot is a Discord bot and web dashboard platform that provides ticket management, support analytics, real-time messaging, and related features for Discord communities. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying feature sets as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Responsibilities

When using TicketerBot, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate information when creating your account via Discord OAuth2
• •Maintain the security of your Discord account and dashboard access
• •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• •Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Discord's Terms of Service
• •Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content through ticket channels
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data
• •Abuse, harass, or threaten other users through the Service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Use the Service to collect personal data about users without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of this acceptable use policy.

5. Payment Terms

For paid plans (Pro and Business):

• •Plans are billed per-server on a monthly basis
• •Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• •Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase; contact support@ticketerbot.com
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is the property of Evolve Orbit FZC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service (such as ticket messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Discord API outages). We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Orbit FZC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and remove TicketerBot from your Discord server at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
